I started my career as a buyer's agent. In that first year I sold 36 homes, which told me two things: I loved this work, and the right systems made all the difference. For more than a decade I helped buyers and sellers across Central PA, consistently selling over 100 homes a year and earning well over $100,000 every year I was in production.
Along the way I became a real estate investor, and that changed how I think about this career entirely. Real estate is not just a job. It is one of the most powerful vehicles for building wealth and passive income that exists. I am passionate about helping agents see that and act on it.
Today I serve as CEO and Team Leader of The Dave Hooke Team. My job is not to collect agents. It is to grow them. That means honest conversations, real coaching, and a structure that holds up in the hard months as well as the good ones.
